These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website or service (herein referred to as “Table Reader”) and any information, text, graphics, photos or other materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing on Table Reader (collectively referred to as “Content”). Your access to and use of Table Reader are conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
1. General
1.1. Your use of and relationship with Table Reader is governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Hong Kong”).

2. Use of Service
2.1. Subject to your compliance with these terms and conditions and the laws of Hong Kong, you may access and use Table Reader.
2.2. We (and our licensors) remain the sole owner of all right, title, and interest in Table Reader. We reserve the rights not granted under these terms. You are especially prohibited to resell any of our products and/or services.
2.3. We strive to offer the best service, but we do not guarantee that errors will not happen. As a user of the website, you agree that you are using it at your own risk, and that we are not responsible for any damage or loss that might happen while using the website.
3. Your Content
3.1. You retain all rights and ownership of your Content. We do not claim any ownership rights to your Content.
3.2. We will only access or view your Content in limited ways. For example, in order to perform the services, we may need to access or view your Content to (a) respond to support requests; (b) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, unlawful, or technical issues; (c) improve our services and (d) enforce these terms. 3.3. All data that Table Reader may collect from you (IP address, etc.) will not be shared with third parties without your approval. The data you give to us will only be used for document conversion and website analytics.
3.4. When you contact us, whether by telephone or by e-mail, we collect the provided data in order to reply with the information you need. We keep your e-mail information, Content of the message and our reply to you, in order to increase the efficiency of our service and provide better customer support.
4. Account Information
4.1. You are responsible for all activity that occurs via your account. Please notify our Customer Support immediately if you become aware of unauthorized use of your account. You may not (a) share your account information (except with an authorized account administrator) or (b) use another person’s account. Your account administrator may use your account information to manage your use and access to Table Reader.
5. User Conduct
5.1. You must use Table Reader responsibly. You agree that you will not use Table Reader to upload any type of illegal material, or cause a nuisance to anyone.
5.2. You will respect our intellectual property rights and the intellectual property rights of other users of Table Reader, and comply with the license requirements of any material that you process, so far as those requirements are legally enforceable.
5.3. You must not misuse Table Reader, or Content that we provide to you as part of the service. For example, you must not:
- Copy, modify, host, stream, sublicense, or resell the service or Content;
- Enable or allow others to use the service or Content using your account information;
- Share Content or engage in behavior that violates anyone’s Intellectual Property Rights (“Intellectual Property Rights” means copyright, moral rights, trademark, trade dress, patent, trade secret, unfair competition, right of privacy, right of publicity, and any other proprietary rights);
- Attempt to disable, impair, or destroy Table Reader;
- Violate applicable law.
5.4. You will report to us privately via e-mail any occurrence, including accidental occurrences, which leads to you gaining unauthorized access to any part of Table Reader as soon as is practical after you become aware of this issue. In these circumstances, you will not use Table Reader to interact with any material which you are not authorized to access.
6. Fees and Payment
6.1. Our current fees and prices for our services can be found on our Website. Our fees and prices are subject to change. If we change the fees and prices, we will inform you of the new fees and prices on our Website and via e-mail. If you do not want to accept the new fees and prices, you may terminate the services on our Website or by contacting us via e-mail.
6.2. If you buy any of our paid services, you agree to pay us the applicable fees, any applicable taxes and any applicable third-party fees (including, for example telephone toll charges, mobile carrier fees, ISP charges, data plan charges, credit card fees, foreign exchange fees, foreign transaction fees). We are not responsible for these fees of third parties you have engaged. We may take reasonable steps to collect the fees you owe us. You are responsible for all related collection costs and expenses.
6.3. If you do not notify us of updates to your payment method, to avoid interruption of your service, we may participate in programs supported by your credit card provider to try to update your payment information, and you authorize us to continue billing your account with the updated information that we obtain.
6.4. We will automatically bill the subscription fee to your account until your subscription is cancelled or terminated. If you do not cancel your subscription, it will be automatically renewed. The subscription fee will be billed to your account accordingly.
6.5. You can cancel or terminate your subscription on our Website at any time. We do not provide refunds except in cases requested by mandatory law or where otherwise explicitly communicated to you. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.
7. Your Indemnification Obligations
7.1. You will indemnify us and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners, and licensors from any claim, demand, loss, or damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your Content, your use of Table Reader, or your violation of these terms and conditions.
8. Disclaimers of Warranties
8.1. The website and all Content, materials, information, software, products and services provided on Table Reader are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
8.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim and exclude any and all warranties expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8.3. We make no commitments about the Content within Table Reader. We further disclaim and exclude any and all warranties that (a) Table Reader will meet your requirements or will be constantly available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (b) the results that may be obtained from the use of Table Reader will be effective, accurate, or reliable; (c) the quality of Table Reader will meet your expectations; or that (d) any errors or defects in Table Reader will be corrected.
8.4. We specifically disclaim any liability for any actions resulting from your use of Table Reader. You may use and access Table Reader at your own discretion and risk, and you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the use of Table Reader.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. We are not liable to you or anyone else for: (a) any loss of use, data, goodwill, or profits, whether or not foreseeable; and (b) any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever (even if we have been advised of the possibility of these damages), including those (i) resulted from loss of use, data, or profits, whether or not foreseeable, (ii) based on any theory of liability, including breach of contract or warranty, negligence, or other tortious action, or (iii) arising from any other claim arising out of or in connection with your use or access to Table Reader.
9.2. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for gross negligence, for our intentional misconduct, or for death or personal injury. The limitations and exclusions in this Section 9 apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Termination
10.1. You may terminate your use of Table Reader at any time on our Website. There are unusual circumstances, where we may have to terminate your access. For example, where we have been ordered to do so by a competent authority and we are not permitted to tell you why. For this reason, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the service at any time without the need to give you a reason, although we will try to give one if possible.
10.2. We also reserve the right to terminate your access to the service at any time if you are in breach of our Terms of Service.
10.3. You can cancel your subscription on our Website at any time. Any cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, i.e., any cancellation will only cancel future billings.
10.4. Upon expiration or termination of these terms, any perpetual licenses you have granted, your indemnification obligations, our warranty disclaimers or limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions stated in these terms will survive. Upon the expiration or termination of the service, some or all of Table Reader may cease to operate without prior notice.
11. Modifications
11.1. We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to Table Reader in order to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to Table Reader. You should look at the terms regularly. By continuing to use or access Table Reader after the revisions come into effect, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
12. Entire Agreement
12.1. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of Table Reader and supersede any prior agreements between you and us relating to Table Reader.
