2.1. Any data that Table Reader may collect from you will not be shared with third parties without your consent. They may be used for purposes of document conversion, research, or technical diagnosis.
2.2. When you create an account on Table Reader and purchase a service, or otherwise agree to our terms and conditions, a contract is formed between you and us. We have to process the data provided by you in order to fulfill the contract obligations. We may use Your Personal Data to verify your identity, to provide you with our services, to sell products to you and to give you suggestions and advice on how to use our services the best.
2.3. We process Your Personal Data based on the fact that there is a contract between us, or that you have requested we use the information before we enter into a legal contract. We shall continue to process this information until the contract between us ends or is terminated by either party under the terms of the contract.

3. Data Storage and Accessing
3.1. All documents uploaded by you will be accessed for conversion purposes only by Table Reader. We do not create backups of the documents or share them with third parties in any way. All uploaded documents are treated as strictly confidential and will be deleted immediately and automatically right after the conversion. We will not store the data contained in the uploaded document, unless with your express consent to store the data for research and technical diagnostic purposes.
3.2. We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Your Personal Data. Only authorized staff at Table Reader or third-party company staff (i.e, service providers) have access to Your Personal Data. All third-party employees who have access to Your Personal Data must sign non-disclosure agreements.
4. Data Security
4.1. Table Reader is committed to maintaining a high level of security of all uploaded data. Table Reader maintains a secure IT environment and has measures in place to prevent unauthorized access to it. Nonetheless, there is always risk involved when data is transmitted over the Internet. Hence, we cannot guarantee complete security of data.
4.2. You are not responsible for possible damages or costs due to security vulnerabilities, software bugs or the lack of security as long as there is no evidence of wilful intent or gross negligence on your part.
5. Fee and Payments
5.1. Monthly and annual subscription fees are automatically billed to your credit card until you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle. If you do not cancel your subscription, it will be automatically renewed and cannot be refunded. You can cancel your subscription at any time but you will be able to use the service until the current subscription expires. The cancellation process will take effect from the next billing date.
5.2. If you do not notify us of updates to your payment method, to avoid interruption of your service, we may participate in programs supported by your credit card provider to try to update your payment information, and you authorize us to continue billing your account with the updated information that we obtain.

6.1. Table Reader uses “cookies” to record and process information concerning your visit to and use of our Website and identify you when you visit which will help us to improve our Website.
